DIRECTIONS:
Shake can, wash top, and open with a clean punch-type can opener. Pour the concentrated liquid into the bottle. The amount necessary depends on the desired amount of formula. Add 1 fl oz of warm water for every fl oz of concentrated liquid. Attach the nipple, ring, and discs or nipple cover. Shake well. Tightly cover the concentrated liquid can and store in the refrigerator. Use within 48 hours. To make multiple bottles from CONCENTRATED LIQUID. Store extra bottles in the refrigerator. Use within 48 hours.
WARNINGS:
